1. What is Unapologetic’s return policy?
We offer a 15-business-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 business days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@imadreambuilder.com. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not refundable. Returns will be processed by our distributor, Dream Builders USA.

3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for $14.95. If you need your order faster, choose this option during checkout. Our standard shipping time is 3-4 business days, and we offer free standard shipping on all orders.
4. What sizes do your tees come in?
Our tees are unisex and true to size, so you can order your usual size for the perfect fit. We offer sizes ranging from Small to 2X, and occasionally we go up to 3X depending on the drop.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped immediately after processing. Delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping method. Standard shipping is free, and expedited shipping is available for $14.95.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@imadreambuilder.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
7. What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@imadreambuilder.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
10. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package’s journey.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and more.
12. Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our pieces are limited edition and may not be restocked. Stay updated by signing up for our email list.
13. Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. All orders are packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely.
14. How can I find out about new drops or discounts?
Make sure to join our email list to stay in the know about new drops, discounts, and exclusive offers. You can also sign up for text messaging to receive 10% off your first order.
15. What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@imadreambuilder.com, and we will help you resolve the issue. You can also contact the shipping provider for further assistance.
